We will be conducting system upgrades on one of our new app servers. Apps affected are: * Field Rules * Hide Ticket Fields * Undo * Liquid Placeholders * Future Tickets (version: gelato) * Conditional Fields (version: gelato) * Any other app in "Preview" release (version: gelato)
Expectation is there will be a short amount of downtime however if contingencies are needed, it could be up to a few hours.
