Resolved - This issue has been resolved after working through this with Zendesk, one of their previous deployments has been rolled back which has resolved the issue. Update - Some customers have reported that apps are disappearing and/or tickets cannot be saved. This is related to a current wider Zendesk issue reported here: https://status.zendesk.com/ We are actively working with Zendesk to resolve this.
